Two fabrics are utilized: Wind Shield in the torso, waistband and on the top's cuffs to block wind and ensure core warmth; Capilene Expedition Weight Stretch panels in the upper torso, back, sleeves and underarms on the tops and on the shoulders and back for flexibility and wicking. Worn alone, Wind Shields fit close and comfortable like a second skin; they can also be worn over light base layers.
