Patagonia MixMaster Jacket Shown In ChiliPatagonia's premier alpine soft shell delivers light-and-fast performance on the fiercest and coldest of proving grounds, like Mount Hunter's immense North Buttress. The Mixmaster's windproof and water-resistant stretch-woven outer shell is bonded to variable loft (R2 high pile and R1 medium grid) insulation, to maximize core warmth without sacrificing mobility. It's also highly compressible and breathable, with a lined Optipull hood, ventilating torso pockets and a removable between-the-legs strap to hold the jacket in place. The trim, but not restrictive fit allows for underlayers.
