Lugs and high surface area grooves on outsoles provide versatile traction in snow and slush. Molded rubber outsoles maintain flexibility and bite in extreme cold. Multiple insulating layers create a barrier between feet and frozen ground; 13mm Sorel Meltdown Midsole™ in shell is removable if not wanted. Removable 13mm ThermoPlus® Expedition InnerBoots have rubber outsoles and can be worn alone for high-aerobic winter activities and around camp.
