Low-density core wood significantly reduces the weight of the board. The Rome Anthem is solid and quick with plenty of pop that'll turn you into an early riser grabbing fresh powder or fresh groomers. Thin air channels are milled into targeted core sections for even greater weight savings. Thin aluminum plates recessed into the wood core under rider's toes and heels provide compression resistance.
