Open hood and zipperless design reduce weight. Part of The North Face Flight Series™, this 40° bag offers superior compressibility, warmth and durability in one ultralight package. Sheets of insulation are layered in a quilted pattern and stitched to the inner and outer shells to eliminate cold spots and keep insulation intact. Shell is made from lightweight, compressible, abrasion-resistant 20-denier HelioLite™ ripstop nylon. Super-lightweight PrimaLoft® polyester insulation offers down-like softness, warmth and breathability yet is water resistant and dries quickly. Supple nylon lining is soft against the skin and tightly woven for durability.
