Free-hanging, soft polyester mesh lining enhances moisture movement to the outer surface, helping to keep you dry and warm. Gore-Tex® 2L Pro Shell nylon laminate is lightweight, waterproof, windproof and extremely breathable. Seams are hot-taped with Gore-Seam® tape for maximum waterproofness. Shoulders, sides and elbows are reinforced for abrasion resistance when carrying a backpack or brushing up against rough surfaces. The North Face mid-layers can be zipped to the inner zipper of the jacket to create a single integratedl cold-weather jacket.
