Before they're stitched, the 3D molded tongues are shaped to fit the shape of your shins, ankles and insteps for a seamless and kink-free flex. Durable rubber outsoles prevent wear, while rubber ice spikes provide incredible grip and traction on slippery surfaces. Footbeds feature Outlast® Adaptive Comfort™ Technology to regulate temperature spikes by storing and then releasing heat when needed. Imprint 3 EVA liners feature power strap cuff closures, inner heel hold and polyurethane energy panels for a nice combination of comfort and support. Liners also feature an Aegis™ antimicrobial coating that inhibits the growth of odor-causing bacteria. Molded EVA footbeds provide heel and arch support and together with support shanks lessen the blow of hardpack landings. New 2:1 power lacing system lets you fine-tune heel hold with less effort; for added adjustment, use the removable polyurethane J-bars to enhance hold.
