All parts made of high grade, anodized aluminum. Bushing at bottom of post is threaded and screws into a threaded locking mechanism the floor plate for a tighter, wobblefree fit. Post has tapered plastic end caps to eliminate corrosion. Floor plate can be recessed for flush mounting. Floor plate has overall depth of 2". Patented.
