Launcher keeps arrow in place at all times. Accommodates shorter arrows/increases speed. Arrow will not slide across bow shelf. No exposed noisy springs, linkages, rubber tubing or magnets. Will work with most bows. Eliminates fletching contact. Reduces hand torque effect on arrow flight. Thumb lever rotates launcher to shooting position. Vertical and windage micro adjustments.
